You Yangs Regional Park and Serendip Sanctuary are popular areas for wildlife viewing, education and outdoor recreation, including mountain biking, horse riding, rock-climbing and abseiling, trail running, bushwalks and picnics. Parks Victoria engaged Partnear for the precinct wide masterplanning of the sewer, water and drainage works for the proposed renewal project. The Integrated Water Management masterplan work was followed on by Parks Victoria awarding Partnear the detailed design package to implement the masterplan ideas that we had negotiated with the shareholders.

A project specific win that Partnear is responsible for was re-establishing a historical borehole that had ceased to function. We carried out necessary water quality testing and troubleshooting with a qualified bore pump plumber to diagnose the problem and put in place a new bore manifold assembly to both address the problem and improve usability for the local Parks Victoria team that operate the bore.
