Partnear was tasked with developing detailed design drawings for the Howqua Inlet boat ramp to allow for boating access to site in accordance with Better Boating Victoria and Goulburn-Murray Waters standard detailing as well as manage a number of subcontractors such as cultural heritage.

Partnear was also asked to create a visually appealing and informative rendered plan transforming a complex engineering drawing into an easily comprehensible concept, making it accessible to a wide audience. This visual representation was specifically for an online publication in collaboration with Better Boating Victoria to facilitate effective community engagement and consultation.
