Partnear was engaged for the detailed design and authority approvals processes for a 48 lot residential subdivision in Benalla. The existing site is extremely flat and has an existing trunk drainage network through it which Partnear had to design the remainder of the site around.

We successfully negotiated with services authorities for a sewer pump station and connections to the existing trunk drainage infrastructure. The road network and gravity services constraints were addressed in a manner that was cost effective to the developer and we successfully navigated through the design and approvals process with the local council throughout the design phase of the project.
