Partnear was engaged for the detailed design and authority approvals processes for a 14 lot residential subdivision in Wahgunyah. Partnear successfully negotiated with services authorities for the preliminary services advice for the project and proceeded with being awarded the project to carry out the detailed design to authority requirements.

The project included a basin for stormwater treatment and detention as outlined in the initial stormwater management plan. The preparation of the conceptual feasibility report by Partnear allowed the project to start off on the right track and narrowed down the scope for the functional and detailed design steps on the project.
